Established in 2016, the Woodhouse and Woodhouse Eaves Good Neighbour Scheme aims to provide short term help to the adult residents of Woodhouse and Woodhouse Eaves, including transport, domestic support and household assistance, by the use of local volunteers.
We are organised by a steering group of local volunteers led by a chair person, treasurer, secretary and safeguarding representatives. We are all working together to encourage self-help, friendship and neighbourliness within the local community in conjunction with other groups and statutory services.
